Speedflex studios in London, Reigate and West Byfleet went head to head for National Fitness Day on Wednesday 26th September in a 12 hour Speedflexathon in aid of children’s charity, Momentum.
From 6.00am flexers were encouraged to attend one (or more) of the 12 sessions available, beginning on the hour every hour, until 6.00pm.
The aim of the game was to be the studio which rounded up the highest number of MEPs, as calculated by the MYZONE monitors used in sessions.
Ambassador Ben Shephard also made his contribution by popping into West Byfleet for a session.
So what were the final scores on the doors?
Massive well done and thank you to everyone who got involved in the day and who donated for a great cause, while most of the donations were made on the ground on the day, you can still make donations online to the different studios fundraising pages using the links below.
