I started coming to Speedflex when I was back home from University for the holidays. It helped me to remain fit and in good condition for playing American Football when I was back at University.

Since returning home permanently from University, I go to Speedflex regularly and thoroughly enjoy the instructor led training where the staff tailor the session to your needs and abilities. The sessions help me to trim excess body fat while building muscle mass. In the past I have suffered quite severe knee injuries, however the sessions at Speedflex have helped to strengthen my knee, reducing pain and the risk of re-injury. The staff are very knowledgeable personal trainers, who have provided me with extra exercises for when I have certain small injuries or pains.

As well as Speedflex, I do weight training 4 times a week; Speedflex is a perfect partner to other forms of exercise as it builds stamina, improves cardiovascular fitness as well as burning fat – all in 30 or 45 minutes! The trainers are all very approachable and the sessions are always varied and exciting. Speedflex is perfect for people of all different ages, abilities and fitness levels and I couldn’t recommend it more.
