I’ve tried all different types of exercise and training but Speedflex works for me as it’s a real team effort.

It’s adaptable so it meets my individual needs (and limitations) and as the sessions are varied there are constantly new challenges to rise to.

Working with the Trainers and other people in the session gives me the motivation I need to push myself to get the results that matter to me, which isn’t just about weight loss but overall fitness and a healthier lifestyle and as Speedflex doesn’t leave you with the usual aches and pains you get from more traditional types of working out, you feel the positive benefits almost immediately.

Age is just a number and it’s never too late to challenge yourself, try new things and keep your approach to fitness fresh even though it may push you outside of your comfort zone so Speedflex ticks all of the boxes for me.
