6 months ago made the decision to change up my lifestyle and do something about the way I looked. I wasn’t happy with the way I looked so said I would clean up my diet and get back into a weekly training regime. I didn’t make drastic changes to my diet just cut down on the fast food, take aways and the sweets every week (note how I said cut down not cut out) and made a plan to get myself training at least 3 times a week!
I got back into my training with a few Speedflex sessions and loved it! A fun new way of exercising in a short period of time with brilliant results from the workout! High calorie burns and toning up of the muscles all at the same time. 3 months in I took another picture to see my progress and was shocked at the difference! So I kept going with training and 6 months later here I am probably in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life!
Still not exactly where I’d like to be with it but I’ve come a long way since making the decision to change how I looked and I owe it all down to Speedflex, the results don’t lie.
