Sport and fitness has always played a major role in my life from as early as I can remember.
Playing football in the winter and cricket in the summer was the normal procedure for me up until the age of 18. My passion for fitness in particular developed when I emigrated to Sydney Australia after college where I first trained as a Personal Trainer. It was here I successfully learned the fundamentals to leading active and healthy lifestyle through correct nutrition, cardiovascular and resistance training. Since then, I have been able to transfer my experiences and knowledge to help and inspire clients through consistency, planning and above all, hard work.
Then natural progression for me was to then gain a degree in Sport and Exercise at Kingston University, London. Completing this greatly improved my knowledge of physiology, biomechanics and psychology and the effect that exercise has on them and the human body. Applying the fundamentals I learned in Australia with the scientific University approach to my knowledge of training and nutrition, led me perfectly into Speedflex where I have been since June 2015.
Due to its unique concept and heart rate monitored sessions, Speedflex has not only made a massive improvement to my own physique and lifestyle, but to the countless others I have trained and mentored.
