KEY FEATURES

  • The Speedflex Blade comes with a 14-inch touch screen console. Members can access over 100 pieces of content, choosing from 10, 15, 30 and 45 minute sessions as well as warm ups and cool downs.
  • Just like Speedflex, the Blade responds to the force you apply on it. By moving the free motion bar slowly it is light and easy to move, as you move the bar faster and with more force, it offers increasing resistance and is more difficult to move.
  • The footprint of the Speedflex Blade is less than a treadmill. It is 0.85m wide X 2.2m long. It is freestanding and does not need to be bolted to the floor.
