About the BLADE
The Speedflex BLADE is a compact, full-body training machine for homes and gyms. It combines high-intensity cardio and strength training with low joint impact and hydraulic, force-responsive resistance.
The harder you push, the more resistance it gives; ease off and the load eases with you. So every user, from first-timers to athletes, trains at an intensity that matches their effort, with no settings to change between them and on-demand workouts on the touchscreen.

At just £300/year, one subscription provides complete access to the library of on-demand workouts to every member of your household.
Billed yearly and cancellable at any time, provided cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the next renewal.

The BLADE gives you a full-body workout without taking over your room or gym floor. Its compact footprint is smaller than a typical treadmill. Its design can support gym-floor circuits, small-group sessions and instructor-led classes without requiring a dedicated studio.

Power & connectivity
The BLADE needs mains power for its touchscreen. An internet connection via Wi-Fi is required to access the workout library.
A NOTE ON SAFE USE
The BLADE’s arms move only when you move them, helping minimise unintended movement. However, children and pets should always be kept away during use, and the handles should be stored facing inwards when not in use.
