About the Studio Machine

The Speedflex Studio Machine is the group-training evolution of the Speedflex system, purpose-built for instructor-led studio environments. It combines full-body training, low joint impact, high metabolic output and force-responsive resistance.

The faster and more powerfully a participant moves, the greater the resistance. When force is reduced, the load decreases instantly, so every member trains at an intensity that matches their effort, side by side in the same class.

Marketing portal and launch kitPosters, social tiles and manuals

Every facility gets access to the Speedflex marketing portal at marketing.speedflex.com: user manuals, poster templates and social media tiles to promote sessions and challenges.

Instructor training and inductionsConfidence drives participation

A short onboarding session is recommended for every new member: how the resistance responds, how to control tempo, safe movement standards and how to self-regulate effort. Instructors get class templates and an approved exercise library in the trainer manual.
